It is an oversight - we’re hoping to have something added back soon. For now you have to add a playlist, and then add a rich text widget.

Element animations

For the original poster (OP) to fill in: Introduction Element Animations User Story I would love to see a way to animate elements. These layouts are displayed on HD TVs; nothing should ever be static! Static is so PowerPoint (hell, even they have animations now ) Put text on the screen and have it enlarge a few pixels over the 30 secs the layout displays. Is this function exist in XIBO CMS V3 ? I though this suppose a important function in signage system.

The function exists in v4 via the Rich Text widget, as I’ve said above. The same widget is available in v3 as well.
