Step by step to show my Layout on the Display?

Hello,
I ever create a new Layout for my company but it doesn’t show on the Display. Why ?
Was were the correct steps to get the layout on my display ?

If i finished the layout i press “schedule now” and choose the display. But nothing show in the Display.

Which the correct workflow ?
