Screen Shot Interval Missing?

I am trying to setup the Screen Shot Interval for windows clients, as per the forum link below it says to set the Screen Shot Interval in device → Advanced tab, however that option doesn’t seem to be available. Did it move? Any suggestions on how to get it working?


I believe this related to a Cloud CMS and you opened a case with the Helpdesk for it.

Screenshot interval is disabled by default on Cloud CMS instances as it can consume significant amounts of bandwidth, however it can normally be enabled on request.
