Error when uploading

Hi im getting follow error when uploading a wmv file at 20mb to media.

“Application Message
There was an error uploading this file [Code -1]”

I have searched around and did not find any info on this.

I have changed php.ini file upload size to 300m.

anyone have an idea of what could be wrong?

tried to create a new media video and it gave me this error:

SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data
