Dataset Issue with Upgrade (1.7.9 to 1.8.4)

Hi,

I’m in the process of trying to move the cms from a 1.7.9 iis install to 1.8.4 docker.

I’ve managed to get xibo up and running on a dev system and i’m currently stuck at the upgrade stage. The first step i’m presented with is 62 and it’s producing the error: SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column ‘remoteField’ in ‘field list’

I have tried reinstalling a couple of times. On one occasion it completed the rest of the steps after skipping step 62 and let me in, but I then got lots of errors when it came to using anything related to Datasets (Which i guess is sort of expected).

Any ideas on what might be wrong?

Could you give me the name of the step it’s failing on please so we can have an idea where in the upgrade it’s failing?

Sorry, It’s “Converting existing datasets”.

Version: 1.8.0-alpha if that helps.

OK I’ll log a bug up for you for that.

In the interim, you should be able to upgrade by going to 1.8.3, and then upgrading to 1.8.4 afterwards.
