Connect phpMyAdmin no login account infos

Hi i like to connect to the Xibo DB with phpMyAdmin. i connect with http://IP:8080 and i dont know the user. The password is known.
Zhis is the error:
mysqli::real_connect(): php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known

You log in with the user cms and the password you set in config.env. The host you’re connecting to will be cms-db.
