Is there “Automatically authorize new Displays?” in cms 1.7.5?

I installed server cms 1.7.5 since 2 years ago, and I connected my client normally to give authorization to every display connect to the server. Although it the same IP address, but it required to give authorize every client and Mac address.

Yesterday I have connected another client with an IP and I give authorization to it. After that, I connect another client with the same IP address but a difference Mac Address, the problem client doesn’t require any authorize from the server. It automatically YES and the client starts download video and media from the server automatically same the previous client configuration.

I don’t know why it like that. Client same IP but a difference Mac Address why it doesn’t require authorization from the server?
