I am having a problem uploading large video files since I upgraded my server to 2.3.3. Prior to this upgrade I was uploading 20GB and larger files. Now anything above about 3GB fails with and “Unknown Error” message. I have checked the php settings in the config.env file and they are still set to 50GB and 600 seconds like they have been for several months. I am running 2.3.3 on Ubuntu 18.04 with Docker.
Does anybody have any ideas about this? If I need to pay for support to get this resolved, that is fine?
Please can you put your CMS in “test” module from the CMS settings and try again? Hopefully there might be a more detailed error message logged.
