XMR Address not working on Xibo Cloud hosted clients

Hello, I have a hosted CMS using DSDevices android clients. The XMR is not configured, and when I go to the advanced client settings and check the “Advanced” tab, I check the “Reconfigure XMR” box. When attempting to save the changes, the following error is given: “This Player is not configured or ready to receive push commands over XMR. Please contact your administrator.”

Firstly could I ask what player version you are currently running? XMR is available for 1.8 and will register on the next collection interval. You will need to ensure that the device has the correct date, time and timezone checking that this information is exactly right as a few minutes off will stop XMR from working.

If it fails to register on the next collection then please do provide a screenshot for us to take a closer look at.
