We have some problems with one of our LG Displays.
It show a -501 error on html content. The same Layout works well on both of the other two of our LG Display. It has a web connection. It is the newest of those Display is this a known Problem??
LG’s xibo version is 411.
Both on webOS 411.
Working Display is an LG 38UL3J
Not working on LG 37UH7F
As we psoted we could also see that the date also is missing. Don’t know what this has to do with the web content. But still we have problems with this Display.

I can see that the UH7F is an older model than your UL3J (webOS 4.1 vs 6.0), which could explain the difference.
Can you confirm if this issue is always the case on your UH7F, or have you seen the date and that data region show correctly on this display before?
You Are Right, it is the older one sorry! Yeah it work before… could let you the url https://www.blumen-mankopf.de/open/ and it work before… dont know what Happens! The Display is normale Registerd! Could reache the Internet! But the Website and Date, Both Are missing!

We have tried 4.1.2 and 4.3.1 and acutally the 4.40 alpha3
Hoped to get it solved by updates… On the display we have previsouly installed xibo for webos 4 Revision 407. There you couldn’t see the text message with the fault we just see no content. So we hoped to get it done by updating but no result.
