I have followed the docker upgrade guide for Xibo and made sure to stay within the versioning jumps. Currently running 1.8.X and can’t get the upgrade to take to 2.3.12. No errors appear during docker-compose down/up and xibo starts up the four new containers. I can’t get to the web portal though. H…

The logs show that it is in the middle of taking a backup. If your database is large (with a lot of proof of play for example) it will take some time to take the backup and then to actually do the upgrade, so you will need to wait :slight_smile: Once it’s done taking a backup, it will then proceed.…

I have followed the above adding in the command line but it doesn’t resolve the issue. Looking further shows modifying the SQL account or the password complexity is an issue but I am unsure the direction to take.
