Xibo Server Not Responding after Reboot

I have a Xibo virtual machine running Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS, fully updated, and Docker. Right now I have a snapshot of the system in a running state that I can load and everything is up and work, however, if I reboot, Xibo will not come up.

I’ve run “docker-compose up -d” and it says everything is up to date, no errors. And I’ve run “docker-compose start” and each line comes up with a green “done”. But if I go to the browser I don’t get a response from the server’s hostname or direct IP.

Ok, and now if I saw a way to potentially delete this I would. After multiple times of the above not working. Now it suddenly is. Yay, though I’m still a little concerned about the stability of the situation.
