Xibo Player Not Starting Video Playback – v4 R405 on Windows 10 IoT

Player Version
Xibo for Windows v4 R405
The PC is running Windows 10 IoT Enterprise.

Issue
The Xibo player freezes during startup.
It had been running without issue for about three weeks before this occurred for the first time.

The layout includes a web page, static images, and video content.
Looking at the logs, we see the following messages:

Activity threshold exceeded. There are 1 processes
Too many active processes

These messages continue to appear repeatedly.

A reboot may resolve the issue temporarily, but we would like to understand the root cause and how to prevent this from happening again.
Any suggestions or insights would be greatly appreciated.

Please let me know if any additional information is required.

Additional Information:

Upon further investigation, we found the following:

After the log message Activity threshold exceeded. There are 1 processes appears, the watchdog attempts to restart Xibo.

At that point, Xibo ends up launching twice (duplicate process).

One of the duplicate Xibo instances enters a loop of repeated restarts.

This device had the white-label version of the player applied a few days prior to the issue occurring.

We suspect that something may have gone wrong during the white-label installation. As a next step, we plan to uninstall and reinstall the player to continue testing.

If anyone has experienced a similar issue, we would appreciate hearing your insights or solutions.
