Xibo Player Installation Fails With BrowserFlags Registry Error

I’ve just installed the Xibo server for the very first time and that went smoothly. Now time to install the Xibo client on our Windows 10 network monitoring computer and we get an error during the install saying that it “Could not write value BrowserFlags to key \SOFTWARE\Classes\PowerPoint.SlideShow.8”

Tried the installation whilst logged in as Domain Administrator and Local Administrator and on other PCs but the same message appears.

Yeah, we’re aware of this error, please see - 1.7.9 Player Install issue

Basically please ignore that error and continue the installation, if needed you can make those registry changes manually.

We’re working on resolving this permissions issue on W10.
