Xibo Player Crashing Frequently When Adding RSS Ticker

I’m experiencing an issue with the Xibo Player.
Whenever I add an RSS Ticker, the player crashes (every 1-2 minutes)
Has anyone else encountered this issue and found a solution?

In addition, the rss feed doesn’t move smoothly on the player.

You can decrease the Update Interval to 5 mins to see the recent feed.

The server version is 4.1.2, and the player version is v4 for Win32.
I decreased it to even 1 minute, but it is still not updating… even in the CMS preview. I think it is caching the data.

We could not be able to recreate this issue at our end with a CMS 4.1.2 and Windows V4 404.

Do you think you can send us a video of what you see in CMS preview and on player?
