Xibo Player Cannot Find Server

We have approximately 10 plays, but only one is having issues finding the server. The member of my team that normally handles this is out for a while. I have been banging my head on this for several days. When pressing ‘i’, it only shows that it cannot connect. As far as I can tell, it is set up exactly like the other. I know it has network access, because I can remote into it. Any help is appreciated.

I’d start by opening the web browser on the device and entering the URL the Player is configured to connect to. Do you see the Xibo login page from the CMS?

I did. This one is configured exactly like the others we have. I am looking for guidance as to why only one of them is not functioning properly.

It’s really impossible for me to say without knowing how your system is setup I’m afraid.

Perhaps you can share a screenshot of the status screen on the one that can’t connect and one that can?
