Xibo not scheduling and the time is wrong

So I have Xibo setup on our network and it works fine I only have 2 issues.

Occasional when scheduling now it doesn’t schedule onto the TVs and push out the new layouts even over a couple of hours.

Also the time on the the Client Information and Status is showing the date as 12/31/1969 under each Layout ID. XMR status is also saying last activity is 1/1/0001.
