As tickets seem to be bugged, I post here the question I have.

What name server do I need to put in the configuration of my DNS server to work with Cloud CMS custom domain ?

If you have a problem with tickets, then please let us know exactly what as we’re not aware of anything currently.

We know that sometimes replies go to your SPAM bin, so check there. We do reply to everything we receive.

If you’ve purchased a Cloud Custom Domain, then we’ll advise you of the correct nameservers to use in the email we send to you arranging the setup.
