Xibo for Windows V4 keeps crashing

Hi
Xibo for Windows v4 R401 freezes and crashes when pressing the I letter on the keyboard to get to the status windows. The CMS version is Xibo 3.0.8. There is an error message in the log (see attached)

The layout’s resolution is 4800 x 1920 because it is being showed on 4 screens using a video wall controller. The layout contains 2 videos with the same resolution (looping) one video is 15 seconds and the second is 10 seconds

The pc and windows specifications are in the attached screenshot.

Hi, could you try Xibo for Windows R310 as you are using a v3 CMS and please do confirm if the issue persists.

We highly recommend that the Player and CMS are from the same version for best results. Whilst it is technically possible to run mismatched versions, the CMS must be of higher or equal version to the Player.

Thanks for the information. Unfortunately that did not solve the problem. It is still the same, crashing. Any other ideas?

I experience this issue with the same error message when I’m attempting use a layout containing playlist[s] as an Interrupt.
