XIBO docker XMR not working

As per the post installation setup guide, https://xibo.org.uk/docs/setup/xibo-cms-post-installation-setup-guide I’ve already configured everything on the server to allow necessary ports but the new contents push is not working as expected.

What could be the issue and how can I resolve it?

Can you confirm what version of CMS you have installed? Also can you confirm that you have adjusted the XMR Public Address in the Settings option for your CMS, under the Displays tab? You will need to enter:

tcp://<CMS ADDRESS>:9505

Please note that if you have configured custom ports for your Docker based setup, you will need to enter the appropriate Port number instead of 9505.
