Xibo Docker 1.8.2 & reboot lost ALL data

I have Win10 with Docker & 1.8.2, had to restart the PC to move it. When it came back up the DB was reset to default? Is this normal? Are there any logs that can be accessed to show what happened? Or is this a code bug?
