Xibo Display Not Showing Text Until I Restart Application

Issue

Please describe in detail the issue you are experiencing, including any errors shown on the Player Status page or in the Logs section of the CMS.

My display is showing the layout shapes and images correctly but no text is displaying see the example screenshot below (there should be text in those blue boxes). When I restart the player the text will return and stay for a while before eventually disappearing again.

I did notice that when the issue was occurring the Player Information and Status reported that. “XMR Status: Long Term Inactive (tcp://”myserver:port”), last activity 3/12/2026 12:01:47, AM

I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the client with no success. Any help is appreciated!
