Hello all,
I’m running version 1.7.4 of Xibo and have encountered the ‘display is out of date but has not yet checked in with server’ error on 2 display clients running on Windows 10. According to the Displays > Statistics panel there is no bandwidth displaying for those machines since 01/02/2016, though the ‘last accessed’ date on the ‘Displays’ menu reads 26/01/2016.
Looking at the information panel on the client display for one of the displays (SIGN-DT-02) the recurring message is: The remote name could not be resolved: ‘mth-signage01’
Both the affected client machines have retained a connection to the internet. Are there any recommended solutions for dealing with this error?
