Xibo client cannot display

Hi all,

I’m facing the problem with Xibo Player when I change the playout from Admin site. After checking, I found the error message from XMR Subscriber. And then checking code, It seems problem from “opened = OpenSslInterop.decrypt(message[2].ConvertToString(), message[1].ConvertToString(), rsaKey.Private);”.

Please give me your recommend how to fix it. Thank you.

Assuming that XMR is correctly configured, the error most likely means that they keys are out of sync, as such you should be able to fix it by:
Navigate to Displays page -> Edit display -> Advanced tab -> Reconfigure XMR

After next collection interval / restart of the player, it should regenerate the key and should be fine.

It seem I faced this problem many times. Yes, if I restart the player, it will be ok. But I don’t think I can restart player once problem happened again. Do you have any suggestion for this issue.

Assuming that the PC has correct date&time, the library folder isn’t manually cleared or the keys removed from it, then you should not get that message after you reconfigure XMR key and it is working fine it should continue to do so, unless the XMR task isn’t running all the time.
