Xibo chromeOS connected, but not showing layouts

Hi,

I’ve installed Xibo on chromeOS (and am a cloud user). It’s connected, authorised, set to the right display group, but keeps downloading files. I even got a message that it tries to download it too fast (again) and that I should investigate. The check-in time is set to 5 minutes, like all my displays.

But no layout is shown on the display. Even the default isn’t shown. Only the Xibo logo is visible at the right corner.

At the dashboard, the status keeps on ‘x’ (downloading files) and red highlighted. It’s logged in. The Mac address is n/a.

Extra info: display runs on chromeOS Flex - is licensed for Kiosk, managed, etc.
