Yes, the file exists and can also be opened

Is it able to be read as the user your webserver is running as?

Yes, as it also works with the other media

If it’s always that particular file, perhaps there’s something in the way that file is encoded that means the PHP libraries that deal with image processing can’t work with it. Try opening it in a photo editor (GIMP, PhotoShop etc) and re-saving it.

After saving it with IrfanView it works
