Hate these “Me Too” posts, but this seems to be a rampant issue.

I can’t seem to get the installer to get past the “test” screen. It is saying that my permission is not set.

  • Directory is chown to apache:apache

  • install.php file and xibo root directory are chmod 777

Is this an issue with the method or what. I am runnign Centos 7 with the latest Apache.

OK Got it resolved. On linux (I’m running Centos 7) you have to first disable selinux. Su before you run the installer, use this command:
setenforce o
Then run through your install.
Xibo does not seem to work with SELINUX on.
