Windows client HTTP status 403: Forbidden

Hi, Can you please help.

I had windows client working fine (v2-R202-win32-x86) for a long time (windows 8.1)

Today it when doesnt start

When trying to connect with player options I have “The request failed with HTTP status 403: Forbidden.”

I’ve deleted the screen on cms, and still the same error

Also, I tried to open CMS on this machine and open correctly.

What could be the problem?

Problem solved.

Desinstaled the client and then deleted the library.

After that, instaled same version, and it it working.
