White border with Powepoint!

Hi,

I’m trying to get a powerpoint to show on a tv and the powerpoint is only viewing in the top left hand side with a white border around the rest! It is also showing dragging capabilites but wont enlarge. I have tried changing the ratios which dosent make a difference.

What’s your layout resolution?
What’s screen resolution?

What CMS and player version are you using?

Also if you’re using Windows 10, this might be another issues with powerpoint - https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/askcore/2016/08/16/display-scaling-changes-for-the-windows-10-anniversary-update/
