VNC to clients not working

Hi,

when I click the VNC to client option in Xibo for any of my screens I get the message below:

Never used this feature before but I’m curious to try it.

Object not found!
The requested URL was not found on this server. The link on the referring page seems to be wrong or outdated. Please inform the author of that page about the error.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

The VNC link is probably not correctly formatted - there is a global setting (in CMS settings) which controls the VNC link format.

You’d need to configure this link template to match your VNC configuration on those displays.

This is what I currently see…Could you advise on what I need to put in to set it up? Thanks

Yes, where you see “Display a VNC link”, you have to fill that out to something that is compatible with your browser (eg. vnc://%s )

You have to have a program that can handle VNC obviously (e.g. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/open-vnc/) and a VNC program on whatever platform you’re at (eg. TightVNC)
