Video layout ends after few seconds

I have xibo 1.8.12 . I have a layout 1920 X 1080 with one around 7 minutes video. Video size is around 300mb. Whan I preview or in client running on intel compute stick, the video plays for few seconds and stops. Displays play again on preview and xibo splash on client.

I have tried changing duration of the video, checked and unchecked loop, converted video size to 60mb, but nothing worked. if I reduce the layout size it will pay few second more but eventually stops.

I tried embeded video: same video uploaded in server and embedded with tag.

In most cases, setting the video duration to 0 (auto end detect) is what you want.

When it stops on the player, does it reload the whole layout or does it just not show the video at all and you see only black screen?

It might be good to enable auditing on the display, restart the player, and see what’s recorded in the player status window / CMS log page when the issue occurs.
