Is it possible to play vertical 4K Content on an Amazon FireTV-Stick? I tried but I can’t get it to work.
The device doesn’t support rotation (neither does the Signage Stick as it happens). Amazon’s recommendation is to rotate your content, which we know is a heavy lift. We’re looking at options for the Signage stick.

Not sure if the same options are available, but we’re using ONN4k Google TV devices and they don’t support it either, but I was able to get it to work. Rotated the device with Android debug bridge(ADB). Still get an error message that it’s not supported, but with Xibo set to display over other apps, the player still starts up. I also had to change the orientation on the TV (LG TVs) to let the External Device rotate 180 degrees since the TVs are in 270deg portrait mode for some reason.
