We are trying to preview campaigns on a screen and the designs cannot be previewed and the campaigns are not displayed on the screen.
Has anyone had the same experience?

Hi welcome to the Community! When you click to preview in full screen do you also get a black screen? Can I ask what you are trying to show on these Layouts (7sec duration)?

Yes, also when I want to view in full screen it shows me in black. I created a campaign with a layout that contains a playlist and then some images separately inside other separate layouts.
