Upgrading from 3.0.8 to 3.1 fails , "Foreign key constraint is incorrectly formed

Issue

I’m trying to upgrade my Xibo installation from 3.0.8 to 3.1, but during database migration process, I get the following error:

SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1005 Can’t create table xibo.oauth_lentuser (errno: 150 “Foreign key constraint is incorrectly formed”)

i got a similar error (linux) with the phinx migration script. I use the solution in this post, but i got another problem. Hope this will work fine for you.
