Updating files in layouts automatically

Hi there,

We’ve managed to do something like this in the past, but due to changes in Xibo as we’ve upgraded through versions we’re back at the drawing board. Broadly, what we are looking to do is the following:

  1. News bulletin is posted to the staff intranet on SharePoint, usually in the form of a PDF.
  2. That PDF, via PowerAutomate can then be automatically moved off SharePoint to wherever it needs to go
  3. The PDF is then used to replace the “old” news bulletin on Xibo through the API.
  4. Xibo displays the PDF and works through the pages like a slideshow

Does this seem to be at all feasible?
