I was wondering if you can help. I have a situation where I have to update 1 single jpeg item every day (our cafeteria menu).I use the replace button in the designer view/ Is there a chance this can be done automatically through a schedule or something else.

When we have to do this (automated changes of any type), we use small internal websites that are rendered nicely within Android Xibo player Layout Regions. Then we script and/or schedule the changed image/table/etc. I suspect there’s possibly a way within the 1.8.x API for automate this, but we have not done it.

Hello, i had same problem and i have used dataset with remote api solution. Now my menus are refreshed via internal aplication that pushes data in to dataset.
