Unable To Get The Screen Shot in Andriod Player

HI,

 We Are Able To Take The Screen Shot In The Windows Player And We Can able To send The commands
 Like Restart The Player And Restart The Application ,But In Andriod Player We Are Unable To Take The 
 Screen Shot  In LOG file   This Error We Are Getting "	Unable to open message: class javax.crypto.BadPaddingException/error:0407109F:rsa routines:RSA_padding_check_PKCS1_type_2:pkcs decoding error"  and which Are The Commands For The Andriod Player To reboot the system and reboot the application  please help ASAP

I believe I’ve replied to your support ticket with us already.

In short - use R102 (recommended), make sure XMR is correctly configured (and not overridden by display profile settings), issue XMR reconfigure action on Display Edit - screenshots should work.

For reboot command, you will also need to have a rooted device.
