Weā€™re currently looking into this to better understand what may be causing the connection issue. Iā€™ll get back to you here shortly once we have more information.

Weā€™ve reviewed this further and it appears that the CMS is behind Cloudflare. The request from the Canva Connector is being intercepted by a Cloudflare challenge page instead of reaching the CMS directly, which results in the ā€œAddress not reachableā€ message.

I have another instance in xibo.rhythmroom.sg that is direct, same error.
DNS Hosted in cloudflare but otherwise no cloudflare services activated other then basic DNS.

And yes thatā€™s correct. Iā€™m currently using it for port forwarding.

Is there any way around this challenge page?

Cloudflare seems to allow whitelisting IPs. Are there any IPs specific to your service that would need whitelisting?
