Ubuntu Xibo-player does not show MP4's

VLC is installed

Hardware

Intel NUC, Core I3-4010U CPU 1,7 GHz x4
Graphics Mesa Intel HD Graphics 4400 (HSW GT2)
Monitor Dell U2412M

Issue

MP4 files will not play. Images will play.
The layout with the MP4 shows as a black screen.

MP4 properties: 1920x1080, codec H.264 (High Profile), frame rate 30 frames per second, bit rate 2554 kbps, size 22,7 MB
MP4 will play in VLC, not in Xibo Player
MP4 does play in Windows Xibo Player

I looked at issue

Linux display is not capable of playing mp4 webm video (but win can)

Thanks for sending me the video. I’ve created a layout with your M4V file and it is playing without issue in my Xibo for Linux player running on Ubuntu 18.04.5.
