You need to install Twitter module, you can do that on the Modules page in CMS, click on the Install Modules button and select twitter.
Then add your api keys as explained here https://xibo.org.uk/manual/en/media_module_twitter.html
Then add it to your layout with the search term you want - see twitter api search documentation for more details on the search terms.
