Twitter feed shows in preview but NOT on client screens

It would be best to use 1.7.8 CMS and player.

Xibo for Windows is using IE, so installing IE 11 and either 1.7.8 (recommended) player or at least making this registry change(1.7.8 does during installation process) Enabling HTML5 in the Windows .net Player can help.

If not, you can press ‘i’ on your keyboard while Xibo for Windows has focus, that will show status window - perhaps there you will find some errors.

You can also enable debugging (Report fault page) and see if there will be something in the CMS logs.
