Twitter feed shows in preview but NOT on client screens

Hi All,
Please try not to shoot me down I know this question has been asked a few times before and I have checked each one of the answers none of them help me. All I can see in client displays is a hyperlink and not the Twitter feed but it’s perfect on preview. The trouble is I’m not getting any errors in log or at log dump file. Any thoughts …

What player/cms are you using please?

IE11+1.7.8 Xibo for Windows should display it just fine.

(newest Xibo for Android as well of course)

Thanks for your reply, CMS is 1.7.5 and player 1.7.7. I’m using chrome for cms

It would be best to use 1.7.8 CMS and player.

Xibo for Windows is using IE, so installing IE 11 and either 1.7.8 (recommended) player or at least making this registry change(1.7.8 does during installation process) Enabling HTML5 in the Windows .net Player can help.

If not, you can press ‘i’ on your keyboard while Xibo for Windows has focus, that will show status window - perhaps there you will find some errors.

You can also enable debugging (Report fault page) and see if there will be something in the CMS logs.

Thank again I’ll have a go at 1.7.8 see how it plays.

Peter thank you it worked. I’ve tried with latest CMS and old XiboClient it didn’t want to know but with both 1.7.8 version it works.
