Hi i have both Twitter and Insta installed on a screen used to work fine but recently it has been coming up with ‘No tweets to display’ even though when previewing the layout it displays perfectly it doesnt when the screen is live
any ideas?
Is the twitter feed updating correctly if you search for a different term for ex BBC twitter?
Are the player and CMS located close from one another?
yes they are and they are all on the same site each is probably 50 yards from the other
