Trouble with xibo set up and my host

Hi, please somebody can help me.
Im from Colombia and did istalling xibo for windows, but i cant set up
i need set up the display for windows,
and while i working, the host is stoping and its generate this error:

“La página nash-ti.com te ha redirigido demasiadas veces.
Borrar las cookies.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS”

I assume you’re using some shared hosting to host the CMS?

Could you please let me know if you can access the CMS itself?
If you can, could you see if you have Force SSL option in the CMS setting enabled?

Perhaps try different browser / clear cache/cookies on current browser.
