Transitions Issues

Hi everybody,

It’s my first post, and I am finishing my first project.

I have a problem with transitions between pictures and movies on a region,

I can see the transitions “logo” on the grafic timeline but not on the list timeline. When I preview on CMS or publish on the screen never also no transitions at all.

Did what https://xibo.org.uk/docs/setup/transitions-administration post describe and its the same.

The display is running the R202 player version Windows 8.3
CMS is in the cloud.

Sorry if the answer is in the forum, did my best to find it???

Welcome to the Community!

Transitions will not work with the version you are using, R202 as Transitions for the Windows Player are supported from v2 R252: https://blog.xibo.org.uk/xibo-for-windows-v2-r252/ so you will need to upgrade.
Please note that this Player also requires Windows 10.
