I have Samsung Tizen 13QBR-M, and NTP server for this SO don’t work with ntp public servers.
From Samsung tell me that, this SO use API for NTP and I need to find it out from software provider.
It is this right? Can you please help me?

Thank you for your patience. I have received confirmation that the NTP server ro.pool.ntp.org can be used as the NTP server address. You will also need to make sure that address is allowed for any firewalls you have configured for that device, so that the time can be requested and received from that service.

Dear Daniel, NTP servers don’t work. No pool servers. Also I try myself few servers with http, https, without.. no change.
Samsung team from Romania says I need to use a API from CMS provider in order to update PSD clock of tizen 13QBR-M.
Its a well known problem “created” by the developers of tizen.

Thank you for your reply. The NTP pool address ro.pool.ntp.org is from the same pool of NTP services used by the developers. You should not enter http/https at the beginning of the pool address, simply enter ro.pool.ntp.org.
I checked this with the SoC developers but I will check this again so we can be sure everyone is on the same page.
