Hi, when i male above an under a region with dpeed two, why is this going always slowlier on the screen?
That depends on your device CPU, if you use marquee effect then it is more demanding in that aspect.
You could try to increase the speed and see how it looks on your screen, or if you are using marquee effect perhaps consider different effect if your device has issues with smooth display.
