Thumbnails in CMS from Windows player

I have thumbnails appearing from Android 2.0 players but on Windows Players there are no Thumbnails appearing.

Are thumbnails not supported with the Windows player or is there something I need to check? I’ve ensured I’m on ver 2 of the player and reviewed all the player settings (not much for settings)

If XMR isn’t correctly configured, you’d must to wait for collection interval.
