The client information screen doesnt work

i have a issue with the xibo player, but when i press the i button for the client information screen no screen appears.
is there any fix for this.

What player version are you using please?

Are you certain that Xibo for Windows has focus when you press ‘i’?

You can also check CMS logs for any player’s errors or do this How to get a Windows Player log for advanced debugging
