Switch Video from a Region to full screen

Hey together,
I’ve read in the Blog that now an small Region can switch to Fullscreen.
Can someone explain how it works?

When you have a video widget in a timeline, you can edit it and you’ll see this:

If you tick the box “Show Full Screen”, then the video will show full screen while its playing, and then when the next item in the region is shown, it will go back to the size of the region.

It’s useful where you might have a layout showing several things, but need a video to show full screen for a short time and then go back to the normal content.

I’ve seen this Option but it dosen’t work.
I set in a region

  1. Picture 10sec(in Region size)
  2. Video 20sec (show in Fullscreen)
  3. video 7sec (in Region size)

The Event ist " Overlay Layout" I think it’s right?

But I only see the first and third Media, not the Fullscreen Video.

It’s a Windows Player, does it only run on Android?

I would try it as a normal layout first. I’m not sure if its implemented when the layout is an overlay.

It should work with a Windows Player assuming you have a version 2 Player installed. It won’t work with 1.8 Players.
